A story of overcoming and effort

My name is Helena Tomas, and I am the founder of Helena Shine Cleaning Service LLC, a project born from a deep desire to transform my cleaning experience into a real opportunity for personal and professional growth.

For many years, I worked for different cleaning companies, giving my all every day. However, I felt my efforts weren’t valued as they deserved. Upon reflection, I realized that if I was the one who did the work with dedication and excellence, I could also do it on my own, start my own business, employ others, and provide a service that truly makes a difference.

I prepared myself by taking consulting and classes on entrepreneurship, learning how to organize my company, train staff, and establish clear principles: responsibility, honesty, professional presentation, friendly demeanor, and love for what we do. I have also honed my skills to work more efficiently, while maintaining an eye for the small details that make each client feel special.

Today, with great enthusiasm and commitment, I’m building a business that not only allows me to grow and provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services, but also to be more present for my children, generate my own income, and move toward my dream: to buy a home and offer my family a more stable and happy life.

My goal is not only to clean spaces, but to transform them with care and professionalism, and to continue learning to always offer high-quality service.
